Image size of an image I licensed is downloaded in a very large size

I licensed image #202424605 but it blows out my scratch disk (even though I have plenty of space) as it downloads in a size something like 62 x 59 (can't remember exact numbers).  Can this image be fixed so that it is usable or can I get a credit for the license since it is usable for me in the state it is in right now?

Please share the application that you are using in order to open the following file. Also, do share the behaviour that you are noticing once the file is opened with the application- does it freeze? Please let us know so that we can assist accordingly.
