Images are overwhelmingly AI generated

Started a free trial, but quickly found that most images are AI generated, not real photos, so I canceled.  If I  wanted AI images instead of real photos I can create them myself with my own tools without paying Adobe Stock $30 per month. Very disappointing.  I expected more from Adobe.

Just under half (~48%) of the assets in the Adobe Stock database are AI; however, you can easily filter them out of your searches by selecting the "Exclude Generative AI" filter on the left side of the stock.adobe.com webpage. That still leaves you with more than 434 million assets to satisfy your needs.

Unfortunately, I have noticed that even with the filter, I still mostly get AI-generated illustrations/vectors. My issue with this is that these AI-generated illustrations are not easily editable. I like to download and edit them to suit my needs, and it is nearly impossible to do that with AI-generated assets.
Nowadays I am not even able to find the good old vectorised ones anymore — it is very annoying!

I have noticed a huge issue lately of AI images being run through a vector script. Like AI generated images that are Image Traced in illustrator. It’s incredibly frustrating as these are not the appropriate quality and they’re very poorly constructed.

Began a 10 asset/month trial but canceled it after the 10 included i ages. Deal breaker was that most images were AI generated, not real photos AI images myself without paying Adobe for them. Disappointing.

You are certainly welcome to create your own AI assets, but do bear in mind that most AI platforms require a paid subscription or the purchase of credits if results are intended for commercial use. And as good as AI is getting, most if not all results require a good deal of time to edit. In any event, you can always filter out AI when doing searches.
