Imported text from Stock infographic is rasterized. Please help

I downloaded an infographic from shendart 276285735.

How can I edit the text? Seems like all the text has been rasterized.

Did I import it incorrectly or did they actually create a paragraph and convert it to a bunch of shapes?

IMO the whole point of purchasing it was to have a simple template, not a bunch more work....

Did you import the JPEG or the Ai file? Check the settings.
