Impossible d'ouvrir une image achetée dans Illustrator

Bonjour. J'ai acheté et téléchargé l'image 85730265 et il est impossible de l'ouvrir dans Adobe Illustrator. Comment contacter l'auteur de ce fichier pour résoudre le problème. C'est un fichier de Baillou. Merci

    We have checked the file at our end and did not encounter any issues. The file attached is on AI format, saved to the last CC version, and an _OLD file, saved with CS5 compatibility.
