Hi There,

Welcome to our Community Forum. We are sorry for your difficulties. As the error in the screenshot says to install the Creative Cloud Application, could you please let us know if you subscribed to Creative Cloud Application, if yes, please let us know the version of the Creative Cloud Desktop Application installed on your PC along with your PC OS Version. Also, please log in through assets. adobe. coma and let us know if you see the same error while opening the file. It would be great if you could share the screenshot. Do you have the same issue with any other application or files in Creative Cloud Application?

We are here to help you, it's just we need more information to investigate.

We hope to hear from you soon.

Regards,

Neelam

Bonjour, merci de votre retour.

Je suis sur MAC OS - créative could est. À jour et ma connexion à Stock est enregistré sur le même compte.

Hélas toujours la même erreur. Creative cloud désinstallé et cache navigateur purgé. Sans résultat

I'm sorry you're having difficulties here.  I have not seen any isues with the feature lately.  You say that your CC Desktop is up to date.  How about your Apps and which app are you trying to open in?  (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc).  You want to make sure that your CC Desktop as well as the site are logged into the same user.

If you continue to have issues, you might want to check if there have been any changes to your firewall or network that might keep things from going through.  Also, if you can gather the logs with the Adobe Log Collector Tool and attach them here, we can attempt to see what's happening.
