Inappropriate animal abuse images

I was searching for stock photos of dogs when I found this image of a butchered/cooked dog, and it's pretty hard to look at... There's literally a decapitated head in the image. Is there a way to report the image and have it taken down? I feel like it getting licensed would lead to further animal abuse.

As this image is for me personally also hard to look at, I would be less shocked seeing other butchered animals. Some Indians will have a hard time looking at butchered cows.

 

This said, I'm sure that Adobe will chime in

I don't think this image violates any Adobe Stock guidelines. It is legal to sell dog meat in Vietnam, though in many cultures we find it repulsive since dogs are regarded as pets, not food.
