Inappropriate photos of children

During a search I came across a series of pictures of children in bathing suits, that I find highly inappropriate. Is this the place to report this, or is there an email, so I know that I am in contact with real people?

They are girls in swimsuits. Go to any beach or swimming pool and you will see them. If these are inappropriate, please explain why you think so?

    I found an email, where I could report the photos. And yes they are girls in swinsuits, but the setting, the asmosphere and the text complementing the photos are an adult context.
