Incomplete Template?

I've tried two similar templates but neither seems to be complete. Example, 358076992. Looks like it should include 12 images as shown in the preview. When opening in PS or AI only 2 are present. Am I missing something?

Hi @withasplashofcolor You aren't missing anything. I downloaded the .ai file to check and there are only two "pages" as seen in my screenshot. The item says (1 image) next to the Standard license option. Both pages are on one artboard and in one Day Planner layer group. Maybe 12 refers to 12 months in the year? I agree, it is confusing on the thumbnail and description presented. If you want an asset refund, you can call Sales Support: 800-685-3602.
