Question

Incorrect Invoice, apparently problem with payment, billing amount was debited

Hi,

First I have to say that the way to get actual support is a huge mess. I've been searching for a way to talk (or chat) with a human staff member for about 30mins now. "Real help from real people" is a joke.

Now to my problem: I purchased a credit pack last week, credits appeard in my account & the billing amount was deducted via paypal. In my account it says there is a problem with my payment so I took a look at the invoice today and saw the date is september 2021?

I need a correct invoice for my taxes. What I do not understand is why there is a problem in the first place, when the amount was transferred from my paypal account and the credits were credited to my account...

So I'd really prefer if a human being can look into my account and tell me what's going on.

And please give your paying customers with specific requests access to support.

Adobe customer care is the right place to handle this. Type "agent" to pass through the initial chat bot. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
Support phone numbers may be found here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html. Please note that phone charges may apply.
