Indesign Templates Layout Repeats

I downloaded a Newsletter template # AdobeStock_233290410. When I open the InDesign file the layout pages are repeated. Why is this? It seems to be the same on other templates as well. There are eight pages in the layout. It repeats these. Why?

    Did you check the page sizes?

    The template offers the same layout for two page sizes. A4 and letter sizes are different.
