Hello,

i bought Credtis for Adobe STock.

Now I have a invoice without UID-Number and with VAT from Germany.

My business is in Italy

How get I a new Invoice?

Hi there

The country associated with the Adobe ID you used to place your order is Germany, which is why you were charged German VAT.

If you are based in Italy and want to use an Italian VAT ID, you would need to cancel the existing order and create an Adobe ID with Italy as the country then place an order.

I'm sorry that there's not a simpler solution.
