Is Adobe Stock Image 129452133 Free to Use?

Hi, I received a copyright claim from Copytrack about an image from Adobe Stock. I no longer have an Adobe account and can't check the license. Can someone verify if image ID 129452133 is free or requires a paid license? Thanks!

That is a Standard image, not in the Free Collection; nevertheless it would still need to have been downloaded legally from Adobe Stock and its use is subject to Adobe Stock licensing terms.
