Is it possible to undo the licensing of images?

Hi all,

I am new to Adobe Stock.

When I tried to find out the individual price for this image (ID 191742462), I clicked onto the "license" button, thinking there will be pricing options listed. Instead, I got the "licensed" tag on the image, and I realized it immediately purchased the image instead of having any sort of confirmation for the purchase. 

Is there a way to undo a licensing?
