Is it possible to upgrade an enhanced license later to an extended license for Adobe Stock Photos?

I'm considering purchasing a video with an "enhanced license." I was wondering if I end up needing to license the stock video to allow more viewings if it's possible to upgrade later on to an "extended license" or if I'll have to repurchase the video as an extended licence with Adobe Stock?
