Is this use of stock vectors illegal?

I used these two vectors I found on stock to create this fictitious logo. I know if I have the subscription with the standard license I can't use any images on items (t-shirts) I want to sell. But would it be alright with the standard license if I put a logo like this on items (t-shirts) to sell since I altered the images so much?

You will need an extended license of both assets. And you can’t use the image as a logo (you can’t claim protection for the logo as you can with logos).

And btw: the graphics aren’t modified a lot.
