Issue Accessing Stock Downloads with Subscription

Despite having a subscription, I’m seeing the 'Try it for free' message on the stock page instead of being able to download stock. Can someone assist with this issue? Also, for the assets, could you clarify which type of license is provided (Standard, Enhanced, or Extended)?

Your online account shows what you're paying for.

Stock has several plan tiers available.

A Standard license will usually suffice for most use cases.  But if you need more than that, Enhanced or Extended licenses are available for additional fees.

By @seven.7

The type of licence is shown with the asset:

Different assets have different licences. Photos, illustrations, and vectors come with a standard or an extended licence (your choice). Premium assets (careful: they are expensive) came with an enhanced licence. Videos come under an enhanced licence. Templates, too, come with an enhanced licence.

Hello @seven.7. Could you please clarify when the issue started happening? I can see that you were able to license stock images on 01/30.

Last month, I started my subscription, and it mentioned that I'd have access to millions of free photos. However, when I clicked on that option, it only showed 10 free images and then prompted me to buy a plan. Can you clarify why the description doesn’t match what’s available?

You have access to any of the ~600 million assets in the Adobe Stock database; however, the number that you can license per month is determined by the subscription you have chosen. The 10-image per month subscription is one of the mst common sucbscription levels.

Do you have more than one Adobe logon ? Check the account which you've logged on with to confirm that there is an Adobe stock subscription attached to it.
