Issue Downloading Image

Added 4 new image licenses and 1 of the images will not open once downloaded. I have tried numerous times, on numerous computers, and using different applications. This is the pop up I consistently. Could the file just be corrupt? I download the license twice hoping it would fix itself and no luck.

Appreciate any input I can get to fix this issue.

    Hi Brad, I was. It didn't let me open it with AI or Photoshop. However, your input was helpful as I instead saved the file to my desktop, opened AI and then opened the file within the application and that worked. Thanks for your help!

    Are you opening it in Adobe Illustrator? It is a .ai file which is the Adobe Illustrator format.
