Issue with free assets (Premiere Pro)

When I try to License&Download a template from the Essential Graphics > Adobe Stock > Free section, it says "An error occured during download from Adobe Stock server. Please try again." I tried another asset without downloading and then it says "This asset cannot be licensed." I closed&open Premiere Pro again, and downloaded templates seems as didn't downloaded.

How can i solve this?
