Issues accessing licensed images

Hi

I am unable to access any of the licensed images from my company using Adobe Stock. THe administrator is also having issues figuring out why is this happening. It show 'No Plan" in the Available Quota under my profile. Request you to please help with this issue.

Your administrator should reach out to whomever helped set up the account at Adobe. I can see that you are a member of an enterprise organization and this needs to be handled at the administrator level.
