January 11th - 14th 2022 Adobe Stock website painfully slow

Have cleared cache multiple times, refreshed DNS, signed in & out multiple times, (from the Adobe Stock site and Creative Cloud Desktop App). Tried on Firefox, Firefox Developers Edition, Chrome, Vivaldi, MS Edge & Safari and no matter the time of day searches take far too long, when trying to download licenced images/vectors... I am having to reload the page multiple times. Keep getting 502 Bad Gateway Ngnix errors. All other websites work properly and at normal speeds.

Please contact customer care, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html, for assistance with your issue. Click on the chat icon in the lower right portion of the page. If you are unable to see this feature you may need to scroll down before it will appear or set your browser to private or incognito mode. Declining any Adobe Cookies may affect the presence of the chat feature.

Hey 🙂
Cheers for the link, sadly I can't get a chat icon to appear no matter what I try, incognito mode, non-incognito mode, all protections off... Even tried to search through the page source to see if I could find an error or hidden element(s) but no such luck.

Seems to be the exact type of problem I am having whilst trying to licence an asset, usually a small options dialogue box will appear at the top right of the page as soon as I click on the license button giving me the choice to download to my library or to my device but that never gets triggered now, instead the License button just spins indefinitely until I reload the page then the button shows as Licensed and the download arrow says to re-download.

Tried with pop-ups not blocked as well and still that little dialogue box at the top right does not appear, either that or the action that triggers it is failing.

Do you know by chance if there is another way to access the chat feature directly?

Finally managed to trigger the error and find it via the console. Internal Server Error. Hoping you can please pass this on to someone in tech support for me. Cheers 🙂
