I have checked your account details and noticed that you had purchased a video from Adobe Stock on 8th of September, 2018 for which you've been charged 6081.72 RUB.
I would like to let you know that the on-demand purchases are non-refundable assets.
However, since you have accidentally purchased the asset, I would suggest you to contact our support team Support FAQ: How can I contact Adobe for support? to check for exceptions (if any).
