Hello Support, my contributor account has been blocked. I changed my password and deleted all sessions. Please take another look at this—I did everything according to your rules. I never created AI images; I always photographed my own material or created it with Photoshop. If that was an issue here.

What should I do to get my account reactivated, as I still have over €100 in my account.

Du musst den Link „Kontakt“ benutzen, um den Contributor-Support zu erreichen. Niemand sonst kann dir helfen, und Adobe wird nicht öffentlich zu deinem Problem Stellung beziehen. Du wirst ziemlich direkt eine Antwort mit einer dir zugewiesenen Fallnummer bekommen. Die eigentliche Antwort kann auf sich warten lassen.

Außerdem ist generatives KI-Material erlaubt, solange es richtig gekennzeichnet ist.

Solange dein Konto gesperrt ist, kannst du keine Auszahlung veranlassen.
