Libraries were moved to personal profile

Due to changes in the administration, all my libraries are now in my personal profile, not the company profile. The problem is that I have to buy the license in the company profile. So I always have to switch, get back to the library AND I don't see anymore, which pictures me or my teammates already bought a licence for. This is really inconvenient and frankly quite annoying. Also it seems that I cannot create new libraries in the company profile at all - so I can't even avoid that with future libraries. Any ideas?

Hi @Friederike,

Thank you for reaching out. I am looking into this issue for you. Are you able to share the libraries under your personal profile with any of your team members?

Hi @WendellaBee,

thank you for answering. I can share libraries with those team members, whose libraries are now in the team profile, I cannot share libraries with my team member whose libraries are within their personal profile, like mine.

Who made those changes: Adobe or your organization?

Adobe did without anybodys authorization. We have the same issue here.

Hi @Christopher247,

Could you please provide more information about your issue? I don't see that you are an Adobe Stock customer.
