Question

Library not displaying

Hello:

I have 5 Adobe Stock Libraries created. Three of the libraries I can open and have all my purchases/saved assets display.

Two out of the 5 LIbraries will not open/display any of the assets. I have tried this on different browsers, cleared history, restarted the computer.

Three of the 5 Libraries open every time on different browsers etc.

Not sure what is going on here. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Sorry you are having issues with this.  Can you check if you can see your libraries in the assets page at adobe.com/files?  Do they show in there.  If so, you can try and duplicate the library there and see if the new one then shows on the site.  And if so you can just delete the bad one.  In the assets page just find the library in question and click the three dots in the corner of the library thumbnail and select duplicate.
Hopefully this will help?

Thanks

J

Hello J:

Thanks for the response.

Yes, I can see the libraries in the assets page.

I was able to duplicate one of the libraries I'm having difficulties with and it did show up in my list of libraries on stock.adobe.com.

The duplicated library would not open though.

When you say it won't open, do you get an error or a spinner or does it open with nothing in it?
