Qq'un pourrait m'expliquer la fin de cette phrase? C'est pour une licence . 

"Peut-être utilisé pour des produits destinés à la vente, sauf ressource à usage éditorial uniquement"

Any images that you find in the Adobe stock database marked "editorial use only" can only be used for news articles. 

As indicated in this help page
