Licence query ...

Question

Hi there, I am creating a powerpoint presentation for a client and I am worried about using stock on the standard licence for this presentation. These are just to use used decoratively, but I believe this is a presentation that will be sold as a course and I dont know if they'll be allowed on the standard one in this case.. please let me know your thoughts! You mean they will hand out the PowerPoint presentation to customers, or are they using the PowerPoint to support their teachers?

(Disclaimer: As always with licensing, this is my interpretation of the rules. I think they are correct and advice is based on reading and interpreting the licence terms and on fair use for both the buyer and the artist/stock company, but I cannot rule out that my interpretation is wrong.
