I have seen a logo, if we buy it for our clothing brand, and it will be a success, and we decide to make an Exit (to sell the company), can we then include the logo in the sale of our company, if we buy it from Adobe. 🙂Best regards William

You do not have copyright / trademark rights to the licensed asset that you used for your company logo. You should reveal that fact to the buyer, so they can decide whether to continue to license it or to have a new logo that could be trademarked.

This doesn't answer your question, but keep in mind that Adobe does not sell exclusive rights to assets. As such, someone else could purchase the asset in question and use it as their business logo as well.
