The problem with the licence needed is that it depends on your use. As what you tell us is not precise enough for us to advice, I can only point out to the licensing terms. Take a look into those and decide if your use fits into one or the other case and licence need. Furthermore, a lawyer in licencing matters may be of help, if you do not understand the licencing case uses.

(Disclaimer: As always with licensing, this is my interpretation of the rules. I think they are correct and advice is based on reading and interpreting the licence terms and on fair use for both the buyer and the artist/stock company, but I cannot rule out that my interpretation is wrong.
