Hello, I am a free user of Adobe creative cloud, I would like to know if the files (videos, audio, etc.) are royalty-free, for example to create a website, flyers and others

yes, I read this License information and Terms of Use | Adobe Stock and I think that I can use for free but I don't know if free for life or License can change in the future ; in standard license it's mentionned that I can :

Post the asset to a website or social media site with no limitation on views.

The free assets can be used in the same way the paid assets can be used for the same type of licence. When you licence an item it's licence perpetually, free or for pay.

Free images come with a standard licence (there is no extended licence available)

Free videos come with an enhanced licence.

At a certain moment, free items may return to the for-paid pool, but if you licenced for free, you will still be able to use the asset. Vice versa is also true. If you bought a licence and the asset enters the for-free pool, you won't get a refund.

The licence type defines what you can do with the asset, and there is no possibility to relicense.

And no, the licence you get is that at the moment of the licensing. If the terms change in the future, your old terms are still valid, as this is what you and Adobe agreed upon.

Look here for more information on licensing: https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock/links-for-licensing-terms/td-p/11366788
(Disclaimer: As always with licensing, this is my interpretation of the rules. I think they are correct and advice is based on reading and interpreting the licence terms and on fair use for both the buyer and the artist/stock company, but I cannot rule out that my interpretation is wrong. I'm not an Adobe employee).

If you want to acquire Adobe stock assets, you may be interested in this link: https://stock.adobe.com/plans.

Royalty-Free means just you do not need to pay continuous royalties after an initial purchase of a licence. You have different options to buy licences, from Credit Packs for the occasional user and video and special asset licences (Premium, extended licences) to plans for a year (paid on the month) or monthly plans. In addition, you also have access, even with no plan at all, to certain free assets.

You are welcome to update this thread if you need additional information.

They are royalty free. ("Royalty free" means you do not pay each time you use it). They are NOT full free - there is a license and you must follow it carefully - you do not own the image. You cannot sell the image for download, for example. A standard license does not allow use on a tee shirt for sale. Sometimes you must give credit.

There are different conditions for ordinary (personal) users and enterprise (company) users.

In some free videos, I see that there are videos and photos with a standard license, my question is about the use of resources for web and design projects, can I use them to create sites for customers for example please?

It isn't "yes" and it isn't "no". It's "you can use them according to the terms of the license". Have you read the license?

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
