License/Download for Adobe Stock

Question

I am new to Adobe apps. I have a license for the suite (educational). I went to acquire a template from Adobe Stock. It clearly states that licensing is covered by my plan. However, when I select "License", the cursor just spins interminably.

Well, if it spins, something went wrong. You should do the usual error fixing, like clearing cache and cookies, sign out and in again, restarting your computer...

If all that does not help, and you have gotten your licence from a school or university as part of an Enterprise licence, you should check with their support.

If you have an individual edicational licence, you may contact Adobe customer care directly.
