License for images for flashcards

What is a flash card? (OK, I checked with Mr Google 🙂 )

What is the main incentive to buy your cards? If the picture is an important part of that, you need an extended license. If it is just accessory, a standard licence would be enough. My gut tells me that you would need an extended licence.
