License History Error Code - Unable to help

Haven't been able to access my license history only recieve an error. There is a JavaScript error in the code. Unfortunately customer service is garbage and I can't get past anyone other than a person is cut and pasting canned responses. Been bounced around multiple times being told the same troubleshooting. The link does not work.  If someone on the technical side just look at code YOU WILL SEE THE ERRORS. At this point I'm about to use up my current assets and cancel the service.

Please try again, team has posted a fix and this should be resolved now. Please post here if there are any issues.

I see my licence history correctly. So, these are the things to try:

  • Delete the browser cache and proxies. If that does not help:
  • Open a private session.
  • Change your browser.
  • Change the computer (i.e., desktop/laptop to iPad).
  • Change the network.

I have this same issue, did a chat with an agent and was told to check back in 72hrs, that was Friday, now it's Monday.

I can't access the License History page for my account. I keep getting error code 403, invalid request on multiple browsers:

I'm not behind a coporate firewall. I just tried with a vpn and still got the same error.
