License Needed for Children's Vocab Book

Hi, I'm looking for clarification on whether I need a standard or extended license for a children's vocabulary picture book. (Book with pictures labeled with the word in multiple languages). Will definitely be printing less than 500,000 copies. Thanks a lot!
