I need to speak with someone to discuss the type of license I need to purchase in order to incorporate artwork into a video that couse more then $10K. Trying to get customer service is unnecessaruly difficult

You have no idea what the specifics of my question are and why I may need to confirm certain terms before moving forward. So pls just spare me with the "licensing is easy" or "that's not my experience." Good for you. But I don't need to hear from you again. I need to speak w adobe and not some guy who thinks he knows everything on a discussion board

The link brings you to the "Contact Adobe support" page, on which you will find the link to start a chat session with Adobe. That is the officially supported way to contact Adobe.

Sorry, about the late answer.

 

Adobe does not discuss publicly the licence that you need to take. But it's quite straight forward. Read the licencing options and the licence terms&conditions, and you should be good. If you have trouble understanding the licence you need, you should ask your lawyer.

adobe saying that they don't discuss licenses publicly, but not providing a means to contact them privately is strange. And if it was really straightforward, I wouldn't have any questions at all.  And, how does my lawyer contact them if he has questions. Lawyers frequently have clarifying questions and it seems there is no way to contact. There has to be a way to contact directly right, without discussion boarding?

That's not my experience with those terms. 

 

But I have no issue contacting Adobe customer care neither. Because it's easy. You'll get to customer service here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

 

Licensing is easy: either you need a standard licence or an extended licencence for image assets. Video assets and premium assets come with an enhanced licence as are templates. 

 

Audio comes with a standard licence except if you are having one of the expensive corporate subscriptions, where you also can take extended licences for audio files. 

 

If you are using Adobe Express, you also have limited licences, but that is not your point of interest.
