You have no idea what the specifics of my question are and why I may need to confirm certain terms before moving forward. So pls just spare me with the "licensing is easy" or "that's not my experience." Good for you. But I don't need to hear from you again. I need to speak w adobe and not some guy who thinks he knows everything on a discussion board

The link brings you to the "Contact Adobe support" page, on which you will find the link to start a chat session with Adobe. That is the officially supported way to contact Adobe.
