I am developing a YouTube HTML tutorial and I will give the website we build away for free on GitHub as part of the teaching material, Is this covered by the standard image license?

You get a license, and must act in accordance with the license. That doesn't permit "giving away" for sure, nor licensing to more than one person.  I doubt any stock license will cover this use, but look for creative commons licensed images.

You can't distribute stock material, even with a different licence. You need to include your pictures.

Look here for more information on licensing: https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock/links-for-licensing-terms/td-p/11366788
(Disclaimer: As always with licensing, this is my interpretation of the rules. I think they are correct and advice is based on reading and interpreting the licence terms and on fair use for both the buyer and the artist/stock company, but I cannot rule out that my interpretation is wrong. I'm not an Adobe employee).
