I am using a stock image as part of an event campaign and my company would like to trademark the Adobe Stock image we modified with some text.

Is there are a license that allows you to trademark an image that stock imagery was used in? Or if not, can you buy the full rights to an Adobe Stock image so you can trademark it?

Thanks!

Hi Justin,

I am afraid that any company is not allowed to trademark an Adobe Stock image as it removes the rights of Adobe Stock and hence a conflict. Adobe Stock only grants a right to use images and does not transfer the ownership of the image

Also, we do not offer exclusive licenses. So it is not possible to buy the full rights to an Adobe Stock image to trademark it.
