License Wrong Premium Image

Hey Unfortunaltely something happened and i wronly purchased a Premium resource. 
The download and purcahse could not be cancelled so i am trying out to figure how we migt cancel that purcahse and download another image. We did not use it no wont use it and ensure the deletion.

What can we do about this accident? Hopefully we can get help.
