Hi,

I licensed file 139016015 and didn't realize it was a .ai file, which I am unable to open.  Is it possible to get this file as a jpeg?  If not, can I unlicense the image since I can't use it?

    Hi Gillian,

    I see you have an Adobe account under the same ID as with forums.

    Unfortunately, this file is only available in AI format and that is the reason I have added an image license so that you can use it against a different image.
