Hi, I purchased a premium image by mistake on Adobe Stock. We are on a team plan with 750 credits pm.
I do not need the image, can someone help me unlicensed the image please so we can get some credits back for the month?

You can't unlicence an asset. And you can't licence a premium asset by error, as for any asset you want to licence and which costs more than one credit, you get asked a confirmation. You should pay attention to your answer.

This issue cannot be solved on the fora. You should ask your plan administrator to contact Adobe customer support via the admin console (https://adminconsole.adobe.com/support). With little luck, they will be able to resolve the issue for you.

Thanks. I'll get in touch with admin.

I realise what you are saying, it was a mistake as in a human error. Working at speed and clicking away without fully reading. It does feel wrong that the process is the same for a 1 credit image as a 750 credit image. When you are working using a system day in day out you are on auto pilot, I feel there should be another level of approval like type 'yes' to confirm download.

Did you licence from inside an application? I think the number of credits is shown with assets like this.

I agree that a system admin should be able to lock the premium licensing.
