Licensed image 37434412 crashes

Hi,

I have licensed image number '37434412' and every time I download the file on Mac and PC it does not open.

Please can you send me the file that opens in illustrator.

This Doesn't help.

I have used these images in a design which is sold as an idea for a client.

I need these illustrations.
