Licensed image won't download

Hi guys,  I have a licensed image in my plan, which refuses to download - I have logged out and back in, tried to download from my library, tried a different browser, nothing works....How can I get support help that isn't automated?

That link does not show the asset, but is a search term leading to 21,596 results. Please give us the asset ID.


If you licenced that asset a while ago, it may well be, that it has been deleted from the database.

 

With “support help that isn't automated” you mean the chatbot? Type “agent” if the answers you give do not connect you to an agent.

Strange, it seems to vanish then pop up again

I can download the preview, so it has not been deleted, and it does not vanish.

 

My guess is a problem with your browser. Could you try with a different browser, or on a different computer?
