Licensed images blurry

Question

I licensed images 571960320, 571960350 and 571959832 and all three are blurry and pixelated. I deleted the images and redownloaded and they're still blurry. All three are from the same author. Are the images bad?

They are so bad, that I cannot explain, how they escaped the normally very stringent Adobe moderation. I suppose that the moderator was a bit sleepy that day. I even see errors in the preview…

I'm convinced that @Contributor1 will have a look into these and report them to his team. I think that if 3 assets of this contributor are bad, it would be good to check the entire collection of this one.
