Licensed similar assets - how do I refund one?

Wasted assets; 3 downloads and all three are the wrong asset!I kept thinking I'd clicked the wrong one but number is for another one. I want FILE #: 461781733 but keep getting FILE #: 461781814 ?

I have verified that you have licensed assets and have granted you 3 replacement license. Please delete asset from any downloads or library at your end.
