Licensed the wrong image

Hi, I just licensed the wrong image,

Was supposed to get: FILE #: 170558320

What I accidentally clicked on: FILE #: 128092208

Is there any way to swap the files/reclaim a purchase?

Hi Carl,

I apologize for the experience. I did check your account and it show that the Adobe Stock subscription has been cancelled.

You won't be able to use the services any further.

Regards,

Sheena

There is no possibility to "un-license" a licensed image. However, Adobe normally returns an image credit in such cases. Either Contact Customer Care , or wait until a friendly Adobe staff member answers this thread.

Update if you need further help.
