Licensing / image credit question

I downloaded this human chromosome animation (https://stock.adobe.com/.../computer-generated.../120625499) during a 30-day free trial and used it as the banner image on a Google Site I created for a friend. I canceled my plan before the 30 days was up, so I paid nothing for the download. But now that my friend's website is published, does she need to pay a fee for having this animation on her website? If so, where/how would we make this payment?

These are the listed costs (if I had not downloaded using free trial)
 HD 1920 x 1080 px (US$79.99) (Licensed)
 4K 3840 x 2160 px (US$199.99)

You retain the license to any images that you downloaded during the free trial period. Those licenses do not expire, but you will need to transfer the license to your client. This post describes how to do that:

Thanks! The animated image that I downloaded during my free trial is categorized "Enhanced license" but I did not receive documentation of this license. And since I cancelled my plan before the 30 days was up, I currently do not have an active account. So I am not sure what exactly I am transferring.

The post above refers to section 6.3 of the Adobe Stock Additional Terms document, which states:
"You may license Stock Assets for the benefit of your employer, or one of your clients, provided that you transfer your license to your client or employer via an enforceable written agreement that includes applicable terms no less restrictive than these Terms"

Where do I find this written agreement? Is this a document that I generate myself?

Just Google "Adobe Stock License Agreement". You can copy the pertinent section into an Agreement with your client.
