Licensing mistakes

Hi there,

I find the functionality on adobe stock confusing and it turns out I licensed several files that I didn't mean to. I was just trying to save them to a folder. Can i get them unlicensed?

Hi Kim-Elishap,

It's not possible to undo the images accidentally licensed but as a gesture of goodwill and one time exception we have added some credits to your account.

Would request you to kindly sign in to Stock.adobe.com and validate the available licenses on the top right hand side.
