hi! I recently subscribed to the Adobe “10 asset” subscription. I thought I was purchasing an image this morning that would be deducted from that pack, but it hasn’t been seduced and I now realize that I might have to pay the picture in full amount, which was never my intent! I have not used the image in any way, and would like to cancel my most recent purchase from which I don’t seem to have been billed yet. how should I proceed?

As you've mentioned that you've subscribed to the 10 assets/month plan, I'd like to tell you that with that plan you can only download standard assets which are images, vector files and 3D templates.
Rest all the extended licenses, videos, premium and editorial content are to be purchased on-demand.
I did check your account and see that you have an active Stock subscription for 10 assets/month under which you've downloaded the standard assets and then separately extended licenses for some asset as well.
You can always filter the results using the search options as mentioned here: Stock FAQ: What are the search options in Adobe Stock?
Although I'd hate to see you go but if you still wish to cancel your subscription you can do so from within your account management page.
