Lizensierung rückgängig machen

Wertes Team, 

leider hab ich beim ersten Ausprobieren der AdobeStock aus Versehen eine Datei mit der ID 711619514 lizensiert, ohne mir dabei im Klaren zu sein, dass das klicken einem verbindlichen Verkauf bedeutet. Ich wollte lediglich stöbern und nicht herunterladen. Ich habe alle Dateien vom Rechner gelöscht und möchte sie bitten die Credits wieder gutzuschreiben. Vielen Dank.

 

Unfortunately, the first time I tried out AdobeStock, I accidentally licensed a file with the ID 711619514 without realizing that clicking on it meant a binding sale. I just wanted to have a look and not download. I have deleted all the files from my computer and would like to ask you to restore the credits. Thanks a lot.

      Du brauchst hier nicht zweisprachig zu schreiben, das könnte die automatische Übersetzung verwirren. Das lizenzierte After Effects Template benötigt nur ein Kredit. Ich nehme an, dass @Contributor1 das prüfen wird und entsprechend handeln. Viel Glück.
