Guten Tag, ich habe ein Bild lizensiert, dass ich nun doch nicht verwenden kann (Datei Nr. 78406820).
Wie kann ich die Lizensierung rückgängig machen.

Lizensen kann man nicht zurückgeben. Wenn man schauen möchte, wie das Bild wirkt, sollte man die Vorschau nutzen. Eventuell kannst Du beim Kundendienst nachfragen, ob sich was machen lässt. (siehe mei anschliessender Post in englischer Schrache.)

Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies!
