Lizenznachweis

Ich habe einige Bilder lizenziert und konnte sie downloaden.
Allerdings habe ich nun keinen Nachweis darüber, dass ich sie auch wirklich lizenziert habe. Kann ich irgendwo eine Lizenzurkunde oder ähnliches herunterladen? Wie erfolgt der Nachweis sonst, falls ich abgemahnt werde?

    You will only lose your unused subscription quota anything you've licensed will remain in your license history if you cancel your subscription.

    What happens if I cancel/terminate my Adobe account? Will I no longer have a record?
